Breaking the Stigma. Building Hope. Changing Lives.
At Win Over Depression, we believe that no one should face mental health challenges alone. Through education, compassionate support, and community action, we’re creating a world where seeking help for depression is as normal as seeking help for any other health condition.
What We do:

Awareness Campaigns
We conduct nationwide campaigns to normalize conversations about depression and educate the public about warning signs, prevention strategies, and available resources.

Educational Programs
Our workshops, seminars, and resource materials equip schools, workplaces, and communities with knowledge and skills to foster mental wellness.

Support Networks
We build and maintain compassionate peer support groups and connect individuals with qualified mental health professionals who provide guidance and treatment

Our Mission
At Win Over Depression, our mission is to champion mental wellness by raising awareness, providing education, and fostering compassionate support to prevent depression and suicide. Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to transform lives and inspire hope—one conversation, one connection, and one life at a time.

Empowering: Focused on building resilience and self-efficacy.
Evidence-based: Grounded in the latest research and clinical best practices
Inclusive: Designed to serve diverse communities and address unique cultural contexts
Collaborative: Created in partnership with mental health professionals, educators, and community leaders

We are driven by values
The first time I witnessed someone transform from hopelessness to hope, I knew this was more than just a job—it was a calling. At Win Over Depression, we don’t just talk about compassion and understanding; we live these values every single day.
Our team has seen firsthand how shame and stigma can be more debilitating than depression itself. That’s why authenticity runs through everything we do—from the vulnerable stories our staff share about their own mental health journeys to the honest conversations we foster in communities that have historically kept these struggles hidden.
CWe’ve sat with parents who discovered their teenager’s suicide note, held the hands of veterans who thought they’d never feel peace again, and celebrated with college students who finally felt brave enough to seek help. Every tear shed, every breakthrough moment, every small victory reminds us why these values aren’t just words on our website

“The support group helped me feel less alone during one of the hardest times of my life. Hearing others’ stories made me realize that recovery is possible, and that there’s real strength in sharing and listening. I’m so grateful for the friends I made here.”
JANET MORRIS

“Thanks to the therapy program, I finally found a counselor who truly understands me. For years, I felt stuck and didn’t know where to turn. Now, I feel like I have real tools to manage my depression and move forward with hope.”
WILLIE BROWN

“I joined the community yoga sessions a few months ago, and it’s amazing how much they helped lift my mood. Being active in a positive, welcoming environment made a huge difference in my mindset. Plus, I made wonderful friends along the way”
